KISACA
- FamPing, yalnızca senin kendi aile grubuna kattığın kişilerle konumunu paylaşır — başka hiç kimse görmez.
- Konumunu Google ya da başka bir şirkete satmıyoruz, reklam amaçlı kullanmıyoruz.
- Paylaşımı istediğin an, uygulama içinden tek dokunuşla durdurabilirsin.
- Arka planda çalışırken telefon bunu bir bildirimle her zaman gösterir — gizli takip yapılmaz.
1. Kimiz
FamPing, aile üyelerinin birbirinin konumunu görebildiği bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu politika, uygulamayı kullandığında hangi verilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve haklarını açıklar. Sorularınız için 9. İletişim bölümüne bakabilirsiniz.
2. Topladığımız Veriler
Uygulamayı kullanmak için şu verileri işleriz:
- Konum (enlem/boylam, doğruluk) — Aile grubunda haritada gösterme, tanımlı yerlere giriş/çıkış tespiti
- Takma ad — Haritada ve aile listesinde kim olduğunu göstermek için
- Aile grubu üyeliği — Kimin kiminle konum paylaştığını belirlemek için
- Tanımlanan yerler (ev, okul, iş vb.) — Giriş/çıkış ve orada geçirilen süreyi hesaplamak için
- Cihaz kimliği (anonim) — Hesabını tanımlamak için; e-posta ya da telefon numarası istemiyoruz
Konum geçmişi/rota tutmuyoruz — sistem her an yalnızca en güncel konumunu saklar, geçmiş bir iz oluşturmaz.
3. Arka Planda Konum Kullanımı
FamPing, uygulama kapalıyken bile aile üyelerinin seni görebilmesi için arka planda konum takibi yapar. Bunu açtığında telefonun bunu sana her zaman, kalıcı bir bildirimle gösterir — bu, Android'in kuralıdır ve gizlenemez; amacı gizli takibi imkânsız kılmaktır. Bu izni istediğin an "Arka planda paylaşım" düğmesinden kapatabilirsin.
4. Verilerini Kim Görebilir
Konumun yalnızca aynı aile grubundaki üyeler tarafından görülür. FamPing verilerini üçüncü taraflara satmaz, reklam ağlarıyla paylaşmaz. Veriler Supabase altyapısında, bulut tabanlı bir veritabanında saklanır.
5. Haklarınız
- Durdurma: Konum paylaşımını uygulama içinden istediğin an durdurabilirsin.
- Silme: Hesabının ve verilerinin silinmesini belmusteke@gmail.com adresinden talep edebilirsin; talebi en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alırız.
- Bilgi alma: Hakkında hangi verinin tutulduğunu aynı adresten sorabilirsin.
6. Çocukların Gizliliği
FamPing bir aile uygulaması olduğu için küçük yaştaki aile üyeleri de kullanabilir, ancak bir çocuğun hesabı yalnızca ebeveyni/vasisi tarafından, onun bilgisi ve onayıyla oluşturulmalıdır. Ebeveynler, çocuklarının verilerinin görüntülenmesini veya silinmesini istediklerinde 5. bölümdeki iletişim adresinden ulaşabilir.
7. Güvenlik
Veriler, veritabanı düzeyinde erişim kuralları (Row Level Security) ile korunur — bir aile grubunun üyesi olmayan hiç kimse, teknik olarak da o grubun konumlarına erişemez.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değiştiğinde bu sayfadaki "son güncelleme" tarihi güncellenir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinden ayrıca bilgilendirme yapılır.

- FamPing only shares your location with people you've added to your own family group — no one else can see it.
- We do not sell your location to Google or any other company, and we do not use it for advertising.
- You can stop sharing at any time with a single tap inside the app.
- When running in the background, your phone always shows this via a notification — there is no hidden tracking.
1. Who We Are
FamPing is a mobile app that lets family members see each other's location. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app, how it's used, and your rights. For questions, see section 9, Contact.
2. Data We Collect
To use the app, we process the following data:
- Location (latitude/longitude, accuracy) — to show you on the map within your family group, and to detect entry/exit at defined places
- Nickname — to show who you are on the map and in the family list
- Family group membership — to determine who shares location with whom
- Defined places (home, school, work, etc.) — to calculate entry/exit and time spent there
- Device identifier (anonymous) — to identify your account; we do not require an email address or phone number
We do not keep a location history/trail — the system only ever stores your most recent location, not a historical track.
3. Background Location Use
FamPing uses background location tracking so family members can see you even when the app is closed. When this is enabled, your phone always shows this to you via a persistent notification — this is an Android system requirement and cannot be hidden; its purpose is to make hidden tracking impossible. You can turn this off at any time from the "Background sharing" toggle.
4. Who Can See Your Data
Your location is visible only to members of the same family group. FamPing does not sell your data to third parties or share it with ad networks. Data is stored on Supabase, a cloud-based database infrastructure.
5. Your Rights
- Stop sharing: You can stop location sharing at any time from within the app.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing belmusteke@gmail.com; requests are processed within 30 days at the latest.
- Access: You can ask the same address what data is held about you.
6. Children's Privacy
Because FamPing is a family app, younger family members may use it, but a child's account should only be created by their parent/guardian, with their knowledge and consent. Parents who want their child's data viewed or deleted can reach out via the contact address in section 5.
7. Security
Data is protected with database-level access rules (Row Level Security) — no one who isn't a member of a family group can technically access that group's locations either.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date on this page will be updated. Significant changes will also be communicated within the app.
